Ireen Dubel
Ireen Dubel is an international women's rights and gender equality expert. In her current position at the Dutch development agency Hivos, she is responsible for policy development, programme implementation and quality control of Hivos financial and political support to women's organisations and gender equality initiatives in developing countries. She advises on mainstreaming of gender equality into the other programme areas of Hivos work.
